The fuel pressure gauge on my 1976 Piper Lance reads low. I’ve had a mechanic check the fuel pressure, and it’s okay. I’ve had the gauge replaced once, and it gave normal readings for awhile, and then gradually started giving low readings. Turning the fuel pump on does not change the reading on the gauge. I’m looking for suggestions as to what might be wrong and how it might be repaired.
