Hi David,
Are you referring to the metal portions of the baffles, or the flexible portion that seals between the metal parts and the cowling?
If it’s the flexible part, I like the the McFarlane Aviation “Cowl Saver” material. https://www.mcfarlaneaviation.com/media/documents/cowl-saver.pdf.

After close scrutiny of the existing baffles during overhaul, have decided to get new baffles. Any recommendations on source and type? PA-28-180 O-360 A4A
