Annual Gathering at Waupaca

REGISTER
The Gathering kicks off on Sunday, July 19, with registration, wine, beer, and appetizers starting at 16:30 and the banquet at 18:00. Buses will take us to and from AirVenture on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as usual.
$100 registration includes the reception, banquet with plated dinner, t-shirt, tote bag, and all three days of bus transportation.
Rooms are available at the Par 4 Resort by calling 715-942-0500. Mention “Aviation Group” for the group rate of $169/night. We recommend that you call Tuesday through Saturday. Rooms are still available. Ask for Jennifer if you have any trouble booking a room in the block.
Rooms will be available for the entire block starting on Saturday, July 18th, with a few additional rooms available before that.
Any attendees arriving early who would like to meet up with others for an informal get-together, please let us know and we can put you in touch with others looking to do the same.
The Par 4 Resort is located on an 18-hole golf course just down the road from the Chain O Lakes. Why not come early for some golfing or take a boat cruise on the Chain ‘O Lakes?

BUS INFORMATION

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning the bus(es) to AirVenture will be at the Par 4 Resort at 07:00 and will depart for Oshkosh at 07:30.
The buses usually remain on the grounds during the day and will generally be available if you need to take a rest or drop off packages. Check with your bus driver for bus access availability.
Exhibit hangars close at 17:00.
The bus will depart the AirVenture grounds at 18:00 to return to the Par 4 Resort.
