Victor Sierra today announced the appointment of Darryl Taylor as Vice President of Sales, effective September 8, 2025.
Mr. Taylor brings more than two decades of diverse aviation experience and a proven, results-driven approach to business development and sales. Recognized as one of the top business development leaders in the general aviation marketplace, he has built a reputation for delivering growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
For the past five years, Mr. Taylor led the team at Air Power, where he was instrumental in expanding market share and strengthening strategic partnerships. Prior to that, he served eight years as Service Manager and Chief Pilot at Van Bortel Aircraft. His career also includes technical positions and test pilot roles with Eclipse and Columbia Aircraft, giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective on the aviation industry from both the technical and operational sides.
In his new role at Victor Sierra, Mr. Taylor will report directly to Chief Marketing Officer John Herman and will lead the company’s sales team with a focus on bringing new products to market, cross training the team to more effectively promote Victor Sierra’s house brands and strengthening customer engagement across the company’s portfolio.
