One-Stop-Shop Convenience and Time-Savings for Trustworthy Engine, Avionics, Airframe and Interior Upgrades, Repairs, and Maintenance in Middle Tennessee
SMYRNA, TENNESSEE, February 15, 2024 – Forge Flightworks, the largest avionics service center in the MidSouth region of the U.S., and a multi-year, national award-winning FAA Repair Station, announced today that it is now offering aircraft engine repair, maintenance, and upgrade services with its recent authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This is another important milestone as the company further expands its mission to offer a broad array of services for general aviation aircraft.

With this expansion to its FAA Part 145 Repair Station Certificate, Forge now is authorized to perform annual inspections, 100-hour inspections, aircraft oil changes, engine and airframe performance modifications, brake and tire repairs, and more. The FAA granted this authorization mid-2023. Since then, Forge has been refining processes, building its team, and delivering some of these services for Piper, Mooney, Cessna, Beechcraft and other brands of aircraft. Today’s news marks an official announcement of this capability.

With our engine and airframe team now staffed and continuing to grow, Forge Flightworks can schedule annual inspections and other aircraft maintenance work with more capacity and focus. Forge, which is already a Mooney Authorized Service Center, has initial specialization for Piper Aircraft and Mooney Aircraft. Lycoming, Continental and Pratt & Whitney are the engine brands included in our current Capabilities List.
