Hi,
I’m not sure what the difference between a 765-106 and 765-106V is, but a company called Air Ward (www.airward.com) advertises the kits for $249. Since it’s Sunday, I wasn’t able to get an update on availability.
A search also turned up three companies that have a kit in stock. Here: https://www.controller.com/parts/aircraft/search?PartNum=765-106.

Would like to comply with service bulletin 1304. Have been told from a few parts suppliers that Access Hole Kit, Piper Part Number (P/N) 765-106V will not be available till September at earliest. Am I missing something? Is this part available somewhere else? Thanks
