    Hi Mark,
I have my paperwork right in front of me.
The first page is a form 337 Major Repair and Alteration form. The front side is self explanatory. One the back side I entered the following:
Installed uAvionix AV-30C s/n XXXXXXXXX in the pilot’s instrument panel in the Attitude Indicator position in accordance with STC SA00410BO and paragraph 5.1 of the uAvionix AV-30C installation manual.
Installed temperature probe Datron C307PS and connected i/a/w Fig 7, wiring diagram in installation manual. Probe mounted in wing rib 20321-00 in left wheel well.
Installed uAvionix AV-30C s/n xxxxxin the pilot’s instrument panel in the Directional Gyro position in accordance with STC SA410BO and paragraph 5.1 of the uAvionix AV-30C installation manual.
Added Pilot’s Guide, Flight Manual Supplement and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness to the aircraft documents.

The next step was to go to http://www.uavionix.com website; go to General Aviation, click on AV-30,
Click on support, then click on AV-30 documentation. There you’ll find the permission letter to use the STC, and all the support docs you’ll need to legalize the installation of the AV-30s.

    Steve
I also included the STC paperwork

I am going to install 2 Uavionix Av-30C’s and remove the vacuum system and related instruments. I was wondering If anyone has done this and if so, I would like a redacted copy of the 337 and weight & Balance. I would also appreciate any additional info that you may consider helpful to me prior to starting this project.

Thanks for the info, I did read that when it came out. I really wanted to see actual paperwork involved in the installation. The installation is kind of straight forward but getting the correct paperwork entries is what I needed. Maybe Uavionix could help out there because they supplied sample 337 with the installation of my skybeacon.

    Hi Mark,
    Start by reading this:

Then let me know if you have any questions.
