I am also a new member as of this evening, thanks Jeff! Moved from a Cirrus SR22 to a 2001 Saratoga II TC. Having a panel makeover at this time…Aspen 2000, Avidyne IFD540, 406MHz ELT, and a JP830 installed. Had R9 in my Cirrus, can’t stay away from my glass panel! Hope to “meet” members.. and any insights/info on any of the above mentioned systems.

Greetings everyone – name is Jeff Poplin and I am the proud new owner of N8312A, a 1983 Saratoga SP. With a growing family I had to move out of the Commander 114 into the family sedan. Currently it is in annual so hope to get it back and flying soon based in Sumter, SC at KSMS.

Look forward to chatting with some of you soon. Any Toga owners in the area and anyone attend the Gateway to Oshkosh hosted by Piper Owner Society?
