I tested my conduits for smooth operation by disconnection the wheel well end and applying physical pressure as a friend operated the switch. They felt smooth with no binding. Then I did it again, applying as much pressure as I could. Same result.
There is a drawing in the service manual on figure 6-40 in the service manual on how to build the wrench; any competent machinist could build on in an hour.
Do you need the drawing?

Hello,
I am inquiring to see if any of you has made the custom spanner wrench tool that the manual calls for for adjusting the castle nuts on the landing gear conduits? I would like to borrow or purchase one vice making my own. The ICS does not have one in their tool loan program. Some of the guys are saying that their technique was to use a pin punch and a hammer, but that isn’t a route I’m looking to take. Thanks,
Matt McDonald
