Hi Brent,
My Seneca has the same requirement and didn’t come with one either. My mechanic bent a piece of aluminum into a U shape, mounted a couple of anchor nuts and we were done. I think it cost me about $50.00 to have him make two of them.

My 1978 Turbo Arrow III is placarded to install the oil cooler winterization plate when ambient temps are below 50 degrees. Only problem is that there is not one with this aircraft. The Piper parts manual for this aircraft and Continental engine doesn’t even have a winterization plate listed (although the non-turbo’d Lycoming does have one. Is this a disconnect between the placards and Flight Manual and the reality of the engine or am I missing something…
