No, I had not! Thanks for the link and the heads-up! I hope GAMI follows through, they were talking about much lower numbers when we discussed it at Oshkosh last year
Hartzell just announced a vclamp, but the replacement list does not include 653332. and cost 1,400.
I just got the new replacement for 653332, which is 672127, made by Continental. They went back to the rivets version. cost 755.. Took 4 years.. but they are receiving batches and shipping now.
Kent, did you ever hear any more info about other sources, like GAMI or others, producing parts for this? Thanks to your help I’m OK for a few more years, but probably ought to start sourcing again soon…
