It looks like the part number is 63356-00. Here's a good source for Piper parts:

PA-28 Parking Brake lock spring was created by Loren Jones
I have a 180 and the spring on the parking brake lock is broken. I've been searching high and low for a part number but have come up empty. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
