Hi David;
I found a part number for the crossfeed lever and one for the knob.
The part number for the lever is 17941-05; the number for the knob is 571 057.

Texas Air Salvage (
http://www.texasairsalvage.com) shows that it has one. It’s selling a used part. If you decide to contact them, ask them to verify that it’s a serviceable part, and that if you aren’t satisfied, that you can return it and get your money back. 

All reputable salvage yards provide that type of guarantee.

Hi David,
At first glance, I suggest you remove the covers to get a look at how it’s attached to the valve(s).
Once you can see it, determine if it screws into the valve? It doesn’t hold the valve and try to unscrew it.

But that’s a guess at this point.
