    Hi Hegain;
    Sorry those didn’t work out.
Poor customer service is very frustrating, but every avionics and light airplane maintenance shop I am aware of is slammed with work right now, often scheduling work at least a month out.
I know a few avionics shops from personal experience, but have no way of keep up with the many avionics shops in the west.
I suggest you try the two I know of here on the Central Coast of California.
They are Helicom (Dave Nutile) 805 674-1729 in Paso Robles, (KPRB)
And San Luis Avionics (Dom Dominguez) 805 783-0430 in San Luis Obispo (KSBP)
I have attached pages listing California and Arizona avionics repair stations in the AEA booklet.

Maybe I should expand my search. I called those shops and was told someone would get back to me but I havent received a call. I want a great avionics shop in CA, NV, AZ that you would trust their work as quality, trustworthy, & reasonable. I want to to upgrade my HSI/ADI & AP.

Hi I pulled these names out of the Aviation Electronics Association publication.
They are listed FAA approved repair stations.
    Araina Aviation in Chino 909 606 9876 http://www.arainaaviation.com

    Advantage Aviation in Chino 909 606 0220 http://www.advantageaviation.com

    Aero Performance Specialties LLC
    Mission Viejo 909 927 4600

Unfortunately I know nothing about these companies except they are all engaged with the avionics association and they are FAA approved repair stations. In other words, I have no actual pilot reports on their experiences.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they were all slammed with business right now and your next opportunity to bet work done on your airplane will be weeks or months from now. It all depends on what you need.
Let me know what you find.
    Best,
    Steve

I’m looking for a reliable avionics shop near KSBD. Any suggestions?
