Thank you. Mine does not do that thankfully.
Manifold press gauge
-
The big thing that caught my attention was the split of the left and right needles while on the ground with both engines shut down. 2 inch difference. Same split with both engines running on the ground.
I just sent the gauge off to be rebuilt.Jerry. What symptoms are making you think your gauge is going bad. I have a pa34 and I have one bouncing around.
If anyone out there has a good used manifold gauge for a PA34-200T I would sure be interested in purchasing it. The Piper part number is 37554-0
Thanks
JerryThanks Steve, that helps!
Hi Jerry;
The best, and I suspect the least expensive is to get your gauge overhauled. Call Kelley Instruments in Wichita (www.kelleyinstruments.com) to get a quote and turn around time.
If you buy a new one, you will have to get the colored operating arcs painted on the face of the instrument.
Best,
SteveCould someone please tell me the best place to find a rebuilt manifold press gauge for my 1977 PA-34-200T. I believe my manifold gauge is going bad and I would like to either get a replacement gauge or have mine rebuilt.
Thanks
Jerry
