    Disregard question.
    POH (from previous owner) had Normal Procedures missing pages.
    Pages were replaced and question was answered.

    Flaps 10 = 138KIAS
    Flaps 25 = 121 KIAS
    Flaps 40 = 107 KIAS = Vfe

    The POH has Vfe=107KIAS. I have seen different interpertation of this speed.
    1) Flaps 10,25 or 40 = 107 KIAS or anytime you lift the flap handle.

    2) Flaps 10 = 138KIAS
    Flaps 25 = 121 KIAS
    Flaps 40 = 107 KIAS = Vfe

    What are your thoughts?
    I’m new to Seneca and still learning.
