Unbelievable! Our airport (Burlington Wisconsin, BUU) was at $3.99 for many months. A couple of months ago it went to $4.19. This week it went to $4.19… at the same time car gas dropped to $2.45. Figure that out!? Perplexing.

It’s March 30, 2015 and I just came back from Burlington, Wisconsin Municipal Airport. 100LL is still at $3.99 … it looks stable after a few months. Of course, as soon as I write this it’s going to change, lol.

What’s the gas prices at your home airport?

$3.41 at KCFE and $3.99 at KANE. At my home field (KMIC)it’s still $5.29, which is right in the middle of these two, or withing 5 minutes flying of one and 12 minutes of the other. I have no problem traveling a bit for fuel.

At Burlington, WI (KBUU) our gas prices went up this month from a low of $3.79 to $3.99. I hope it stays this way forever!

Gas prices are finally starting to come down in the Northwest. My airport (7S5) has finally dropped to $4.99. Most places are from $5 to $5.50/ gallon.
