Many thanks. I’ve got the SB’s I want. I’m looking for SL’s 920, 1041, 1052, 1069, 1125 and 1165. I’m trying to get a complete set of SB’s and SL’s for my Turbo Arrow III.
Thanks Steve. Good advice, I’ll see what I can do.
Great deal! Have fun getting it in shape.
Sorry, not sure about that. From the picture on the Sky Geek website it looks like it is the whole wick that screws onto the airframe. Might want to give them a call and ask.
Good luck. The Piper part number for my PA28R-201T is SW -10-96. Available from Sky Geek at $34.85. Hope this helps…
BrentOnce had a Transport Canada pilot use the “any traffic” phrase in Northern Canada where traffic was very sparse but I’ve given up that terminology around here in Kentucky. There’s enough congestion on CTAF as it is…
BrentWell, finally found an official Piper winterization kit (a.k.a. oil cooler plate) for my Turbo Arrow III. If anyone is looking for one, Chad Feldhouse at Feldhouse Aviation has several. Not cheap by any means but does the job.
Many thanks for the picture. Hard to believe that Piper wants $100 for a piece of bent aluminum. If you are able to send the dimensions that would be great.
Sorry, can’t download the picture. Could you send it to me (haskell_b@bellsouth.net)? Thanks.
The Piper part number for the Turbo Arrow III is 67849-00. I have the same low oil temp problem. I tried to get the winterization kit but no one seems to have it and most don’t even know it exists. Certainly, mine was long gone from the right side of the firewall!
